Over the past couple of months, I have had the pleasure of delivering a leadership program to a group of staff at Nairn’s Oatcakes that have been identified as potential future supervisors. It is so rewarding to work with a forward-thinking company that considers the number of leaders it shall require to support its strategic objectives.
