Bespoke Project Management course

    How can a bespoke Project Management course benefit the business?

    I love helping others learn and have a real passion for improving an organisation’s performance through its people.

    I feel that each client is unique, and I LOVE tailoring training and coaching to their needs to ensure better outcomes.

    One of my client’s (food manufacturer based in Scotland) recently requested a bespoke Project Management course. The client was keen to ensure a consistent approach to managing projects and enable projects are managed on time and in budget.

    I enjoy collaborating closely with my clients to thoroughly understand and fulfil their requirements.

    I am delighted that the bespoke course I designed and delivered to a cross section of the workforce (including IT, Procurement and Operations) was well received and seeing the positive impact it has made on the organisation’s performance.

    Around three months after the course was delivered, an evaluation was conducted. Here are some comments received from the participants about the course;
