Customer Service skills program delivered to Edinburgh Napier University

    Scenario: Following a request to facilitate a session around improving Customer service to a section within Edinburgh Napier University, the client was delighted with the result and recommended Jacqueline for similar work. This then led to another section within the University requesting Jacqueline to design and deliver a bespoke Customer service skills program for the entire team (230 staff.)
