Scenario: Further to a request from the Care inspectorate for a be-spoke teambuilding workshop that utilises MBTI (personality preference methodology) to help employees better understand their preferred style of communication and approach to work. Jacqueline designed and delivered the course. Here’s some of the feedback received….
