Target audience: Business leaders/ anyone looking to develop their influencing and persuasion skills.

Course contents: 

  • What is influencing?
  • Emotional Intelligence and the impact of this on others
  • Reflect on how you might come across by exploring tools like Transactional Analysis
  • Recognise the importance to develop working relationship through exploring Emotional Bank Account model
  • The importance of preparation and questions to consider
  • Identify strategies for influencing others and be able to practice this
