When an owner and founder of a company is due for much-deserved retirement, it can be quite a challenge to pass on all the key knowledge and skills. Getting this right was crucial for my client to continue to successfully care for the residents within their care homes.
By getting to understand my client’s business, I was able to develop a dashboard to help them quickly monitor the company’s performance with ease.
