    The past few weeks have been busy with conducting evaluations. It was exciting to hear the progress that my client (engineering firm who make parts for Mercedes Petronas Formula 1) has made since the training and consultancy I provided them several months ago. Examples include; there is now…

    – a process in place to escalate issues from the shop floor to the main office quickly

    – a system to identify staff training needs

    – improved overall communication amongst shop floor staff in terms of keeping up to date with legal requirements and general company updates.

    Feedback from the facilitated session was that everyone thought it was excellent and relevant to their needs. Comments included;
