 Feeling like a fake or thinking that you don’t deserve the position you hold or the recognition you receive is often referred to as ‘Imposter syndrome.’ Around 80% of people experience imposter syndrome at some point in their lives, even well-known figures like Michelle Obama, Tom Hanks, and Albert Einstein. This course is designed to help participants identify imposter moments and develop techniques to overcome these feelings, enabling them to perform at their best.

  • Explore the roots and nature of Imposter Syndrome
  • Identify common imposter beliefs and behaviours
  • Recognise situations that trigger imposter feelings
  • Explore the impact of cognitive biases and negative self-talk
  • Practical tools and techniques to manage imposter moments
