The topic was on ‘Storytelling from an OD perspective.’ Storytelling in Organisations can be a really effective way of being able to communicate corporate strategy and develop behaviours aligned with the Organisation’s aim.
Today’s event was an opportunity for HR and Learning & Development professionals to discuss how storytelling can enhance their business.
