Scenario: Deaf Action an Edinburgh based, not for profit organisation working to improve the quality and conditions of life for deaf and hard of hearing people was going through a significant organisational change. Due to this, a request to help staff recognise their valued input to the running of the organisation, identify actions and support required to help them through the situation was determined.
In support, Jacqueline designed and facilitated bespoke workshops to gauge staff sentiments and identify the actions required to move forward.
Following the workshops, Jacqueline provided the Client with a report outlining findings and recommendations. Below is the feedback received from the Client.
