Target audience: Anyone looking for an introduction to Project management. Ideal for those new to managing projects or never had any formal Project management training.

  • Recognise the concepts, terminology, tools and techniques of Project Management
  • Identify the key elements of each stage of a project cycle
  • Identify and manage project risk
  • State how to monitor and manage a project
  • Report on Project’s progress (describe techniques of how to provide “bad news” constructively to the client)
  • Identify how to analyse and evaluate a completed project
